Yoga

Based on an original form of hands-on hatha yoga that uses proper breathing, relaxation and stretching techniques to produce a strong, flexible body. Yoga is tailored to fit all fitness and experience levels to provide a safe and appropriate workout while producing internal warmth and releasing toxins.  Yoga can be used as a stand-alone workout or as a compliment to any other strength workout. Participants leave feeling relaxed and centered.  Individual sessions, partner sessions and group classes are available.

Individual sessions and partner sessions can be scheduled at any time.
