Glenda Glover RN, BA, MS, CPT
Owner
Glenda GloverGlenda is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration. She holds Personal Training Certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association and regularly attends international conferences to stay abreast of new research and modalities regarding all areas of fitness and wellness. She has worked extensively with youth and adults in the areas of behavioral change, orthopedics, fitness and nutrition. In addition, Glenda is a Certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor.

John Goerlich BS, CPA, CPT
Owner
John Goerlich John holds a Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. John has a passion for fitness, health and nutrition and started G2 after spending 12 years working in corporate finance. John regularly attends international conferences to stay abreast of new research and modalities regarding all areas of fitness and wellness and is a Certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor. John enjoys the challenge and reward of providing specific focus, instruction and motivation to clients with varied goals.

Jessica Miller BS, MS, HFI
Exercise Physiologist
jessica-web.jpgJessica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Exercise Science from Mississippi State University.  She has 6 years combined experience as a kinesiologist and aerobics instructor and holds certifications as an ACSM Health Fitness Instructor, an AFAA Primary Group and Senior Fitness Instructor, a NESTA Sport Yoga and Pilates Instructor and an ACSM/ACS Cancer Fitness Trainer.  Jessica enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, in group or individual settings, to help them reach their personal goals.

Lee Hill BS, MS
Exercise Physiologist
Lee Hill Lee graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. Lee performed his undergraduate internship in physical therapy in 2002 and his graduate internship in Cardiac Rehab in 2005. Lee became interested in personal training while performing these internships and seeing how exercise programs help even the sickest of patients get back to a high quality of life. Lee is currently pursuing his certification as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the American college of Sports Medicine.

Steve Rasmussen, BS CSCS
Exercise Physiologist
Steve Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Mississippi where he was a member of the Men’s Club Volleyball Team. Steve has over 10 years experience in exercise science, working in the areas of personal training and cardiac rehabilitation in Jackson and Hattiesburg, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Steve is exceptionally knowledgeable in sports-specific training and healthy muscle growth, with a strong desire to assist all clients, at any fitness level, reach their individual goals. Capitalizing on his significant experience in the fitness industry, Steve is always ready for new challenges!

John Wallace, BS
Exercise Physiologist
John John received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Alabama where he was on scholarship to play football. John’s work experience includes an internship at the Baptist Healthplex in Clinton and employment at the University Medical Center as a Physical Therapy Rehab Technician. As a former athlete, John is knowledgeable about healthy weight gain and muscular growth along with training for strength and agility. From his experience working in physical therapy, he is also knowledgeable in rehabilitation. John enjoys working with individuals to reach their goals, whether it is weight gain, weight loss, or gaining strength back from an injury or surgery. John’s compassionate enthusiasm is a constant encouragement and motivation to his clients. His passion comes from the scripture found in Isaiah 35:3 ~Strengthen the weak hands and make firm the feeble and tottering knees~

Angela Sleboda, BS
Exercise Physiologist
angela1-004.JPG Angela graduated from The University of Illinois at Urbana_Champaign with  a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. While in school she volunteered at two local rehabilitation centers and completed a corporate fitness internship in Chicago. She is currently pursuing a Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Angela is focused on creating unique exercise programs that challenge each client. Ultimately, her motivation is fueled by the opportunity to help others develop and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Amanda Hancock
Massage Therapist LMT993

amandawebpic2.jpgAmanda graduated from Mississippi School of Therapeutic Massage in 2005. After several years of experience in the massage field, Amanda has witnessed the positive effect of combining exercise, stretching and massage. As a massage therapist, she enjoys helping clients increase joint mobilization by relieving tension in the muscles through massage. Amanda specializes in Sweedish, Deep Tissue and Myofascial release.
