Indoor Cycling
Small, monitored classes provide optimal cardio-respiratory fitness and fat burn in a fun, supportive atmosphere. Whether you are an experienced cyclist or have never ridden before, this class is tailored to your specific needs and fitness level. Classes last one hour and include ten minutes of stretching.

Wednesday - 6pm-7pm
Saturday - Saturday classes will resume in the winter!
