A comprehensive prenatal program designed to provide optimal fitness.

Research shows that women who actively engage in mild to moderate exercise on a regular basis have a more comfortable pregnancy.

Additional benefits of exercise during pregnancy include: improved circulation, which may in turn reduce the severity of varicose veins, enhanced muscular balance and strength, and ease of gastrointestinal discomforts and constipation. Exercising while pregnant also helps build a “fitness base” that makes returning to exercise and losing weight after childbirth easier.

You can begin Healthy Expectations at any point in time. All stretches and exercises are customized to the individual and the trimester. We will work with your doctor to address any special needs you may have.
