Pilates
Provides total body conditioning by focusing on core strength, flexibility, coordination and posture. The Pilates workout is effective for all body types, from beginners to competitive athletes, and can be used as a stand-alone workout or as a compliment to any other strength workout. Individual sessions, partner sessions and group classes are available.
Individual sessions and partner sessions can be scheduled at any time.
